Marotta di Mondolfo is an ideal holiday resort situated on the coast of Italy. Here you can take exciting tours of ancient cities or visit the many beautiful vineyards of this unique region, a region that is also home to wonderful culinary delights characteristic of Italy. Only a few kilometers from the hotel you will find Fano and Senigallia, commemorations of the Roman Empire. You can also visit the following attractions: the UNESCO World Heritage city of Urbino, the mini-state of San Marino, the bishop’s town of Pesaro, or Italy's largest cave located in Frasassi. Similar to Tuscany in terms of gastronomy and sights, the advantage of Marotta di Mondolfo is the absence of mass tourism, while the indisputable advantage of this hotel is its family atmosphere and close proximity to the refreshing sea!
This hotel has 45 double (2-person) rooms and another 5 rooms which are suitable for the disabled. All rooms are air-conditioned and come with a telephone, safe and refrigerator. They also have a balcony or terrace from where you have a wonderful view of the sea. The sophisticated, yet relaxed and playful character, accented by the colors of the turquoise sea, the yellow sun and terracotta orange, help eliminate the stress of everyday life. You can totally switch off and relax here. The hotel kitchen will help make your Italian holiday memorable with such favorites as pizza from a wood-burning oven and fresh fish (in stews or atop delicious pasta) from the daily catch of local fishermen. Fabulous desserts, typical coffees and imaginative cocktails make the gastronomic experience complete. Begin the day with a buffet breakfast on the terrace and end it with a true Mediterranean dinner complete with wine. Half board includes a sumptuous buffet breakfast and 3-course dinner. This can be expanded to include a 3-course lunch menu with full board.
The beach lies directly in front of the hotel. The sandy, gravely, clean beaches come complete with changing rooms, showers and toilets plus you can rent beach umbrellas and deck chairs. The beach staff awaits hotel guests with countless programs and warm hospitality. Active vacationers can enjoy water gymnastics, learn Latin dances, play beach volleyball, table tennis or boccie. For children there are many organized and interesting games. The programs are free for guests who rent a parasol and deckchair. You can swim just 100 meters from the hotel. Marotta is the starting point for many interesting and exciting excursions, for example, to the town of San Leo. The hills of Assisi, adorned with olive trees, the buildings of the Franciscan and Clarist orders, and the mood created by the medieval alleyways, provide for an unforgettable experience, and not just for Christians. Furlo is a beautiful gorge with crystal clear waters. Florence, Pisa and Rome are among the most famous Italian cities. Throughout the day, Assisi - one of the most famous towns in Italy - welcomes countless visitors. The town was founded by St. Francis and St. Clare and the orders were named after these two personalities. A trip here is worthwhile, and not only for the religious tourist. The churches built upon the olive tree-lined hills, the Basilica of San Francesco and the castle above the city guarantee an unforgettable experience for everyone. Urbino: Built upon a 450-meter-high mountain, this town is the birthplace of Raffaello Santi. This is also a university town and an administrative hub whose center is part of the UNESCO World Heritage list. In Urbino you will also find the annual Baroque Music Festival. San Marino: One of the smallest countries in the world and the oldest republic in Europe. According to legend, a Christian slave named Steinhauer founded a monastery here and a neutral republic grew up around it. Frasassi: Here you will find one of the largest caves in Italy. It was accidentally discovered in 1971 and has been open to visitors since 1974. The cave has a constant temperature of 14 C°.
