This beautiful detached cottage is part of a rustic and charming estate, dating from the 18th century, in the heart of the Tuscan landscape. The estate consists of a main building and three detached chalets. The main building has been divided into 5 elegant suites and two spacious apartments. One of these apartments is occupied by the owner. Each apartment has its own entrance. In the main building guests have access to the common areas (including reading room) and the wine room, where you can sample the wines. Amid the unprecedented beautiful garden, with olive groves, cypress trees and a pergola, you will find the other three chalets. There are two swimming pools here as well. One is for the exclusive use of the guests of the chalets while the main pool is for all guests. The large pool has a sun terrace with garden furniture. Everywhere on the estate you will find areas for privacy and relaxation, so you can enjoy lots of peace and quiet during your holiday. In the garden there is a large stone where upon request pizza and bread can be prepared by the landlord. The young, friendly owner can also organize horseback trips, meetings, weddings and romantic dinners (upon request). You can also request the owner to clean your apartment. If you book the Tuscan breakfast, you will have delicious products from the farm. There is private parking at the estate.

This cozy cottage of approximately 60m² is suitable for two to four persons. This accommodation is located on the ground floor. The living room has a single sofa bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed. The living room has a fireplace which creates a cozy, rustic atmosphere. The kitchen, which adjoins the living room is equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer and an Italian coffeemaker. There is one bedroom furnished with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Guests of Il Vecchio Forno have a private garden with a sunny terrace furnished with patio furniture. In the garden you will find a small pool, which is shared with the other tenants of the Il Fienile cottage. This house has central heating, a television, antique furniture, terracotta tiles and a chestnut wood ceiling which gives it a rustic appearance. Guests of Il Vecchio Forno have access to the common areas of the main villa. These rooms are furnished with sofas and paintings which make it suitable as a cozy meeting place for guests. Here you can relax, read a book, surf on the Internet or just unwind with a delicious glass of wine. THESE PROPERTIES ARE AVAILABLE BY REQUEST. The estate is located in the village of Bettolle, near several historic towns and cities where you will find many wonderful attractions. Thanks to its strategic location (1 km from the A1 highway) cultural cities like Perugia (60km), Siena (55km) and Florence (94km) can be easily reached within an hour by car. From the estate you can enjoy a magnificent view of the famous Etruscan town of Cortona (23km) or the medieval towns of Montepulciano (20km) and Lucignano (15km). You can explore the splendid environment by bike, on horseback or simply by walking along one of the many hiking trails in the vicinity. Think of the Crete Senesi. In this unique area, southeast of Siena, between Buonconvento and Rapolano Terme, you can admire a beautiful landscape. Its typical pale clay hills and treeless ravines are a unique sight. In the area of the estate there are a variety of regularly held festivals and events such as: "Giostra del Saracino", "Giostra della Quintana", "Il Carnevale di Foiano and the 'Palio di Siena. Furthermore, from the estate you can go on a shopping spree to the famous clothing outlets with brands such as Prada, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana and Armani.
