This beautiful detached cottage is part of a rustic and charming estate, dating from the 18th century, in the heart of Tuscany. The estate consists of a main building and three detached chalets. The main building has been divided into 5 elegant suites and two spacious apartments. One of these apartments is occupied by the owner. Each apartment has its own entrance. In the main building you have access to all the common areas (including reading room) as well as the wine room, where you can sample the wines. Amid the unprecedented beautiful garden, with olive groves, cypress trees and a pergola, you will find the other three chalets. There are two swimming pools. One is for the exclusive use of the guests of the chalets while the main pool is available to all guests. The large pool has a sun terrace with garden furniture. Everywhere on the estate you will find areas for privacy and relaxation, so you can enjoy plenty of peace and quiet during your holiday. In the garden there is a large stone where, upon request, pizza and bread can be prepared by the landlord. The young, friendly owner can also organize horseback trips, meetings, weddings and romantic dinners (upon request). You can even request the owner to clean your apartment. If you book the Tuscan breakfast, you can sample the delicious products from the estate. There is private parking for your car. If you would like you can also rent one of the available suites.

This cozy cottage of approximately 60m² is suitable for four persons. This accommodation consists of two floors. On the ground floor you will find the living room. The kitchen adjoins the living room and is equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge/freezer and Italian coffeemaker. Via an internal staircase you reach the top floor. Here you will find two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed while the second bedroom has two single beds (pushed together). From the bedroom you have direct access to the bathroom (shower and toilet). The other bedroom has a rustic bath. From this floor, through an outside wooden staircase, you can reach your own private garden with sunny terrace, gazebo and garden furniture. In the garden you will find a small swimming pool which you share with the tenants of the Il Vecchio Forno cottage. This house has central heating, a television, antique furniture, terracotta tiles and a chestnut wood ceiling which gives the house a rustic atmosphere. Guests of Il Fienile can use the common areas of the main villa. These rooms are furnished, equipped with sofas and paintings that make it suitable as a cozy meeting place for all guests. Here you can relax, read a book, surf the Internet or just unwind with a delicious glass of wine. THESE PROPERTIES ARE AVAILABLE ONLY BY REQUEST. The estate is located in the village of Bettolle, near several historic towns and cities where you will find many wonderful attractions. Thanks to its strategic location (1 km from the A1 highway) cultural cities like Perugia (60km), Siena (55km) and Florence (94km) can be easily reached within an hour by car. From the estate you can enjoy a magnificent view of the famous Etruscan town of Cortona (23km) or the medieval towns of Montepulciano (20km) and Lucignano (15km). You can explore the splendid environment by bike, on horseback or simply by walking along one of the many hiking trails in the vicinity. Think of the Crete Senesi. In this unique area, southeast of Siena, between Buonconvento and Rapolano Terme, you can admire a beautiful landscape. Its typical pale clay hills and treeless ravines are a unique sight. In the area of the estate there are a variety of regularly held festivals and events such as: "Giostra del Saracino", "Giostra della Quintana", "Il Carnevale di Foiano and the 'Palio di Siena. Furthermore, from the estate you can go on a shopping spree to the famous clothing outlets featuring brands such as Prada, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana and Armani.
